Cyndi Eichman Retires:
We are all saddened by the retirement of our long-time veterinarian and friend, Dr. Cyndy Eichman, who decided to retire in August this year. She is now taking her career in a new direction, and she now works in a karyotyping lab at Oakwood Hospital. This is a whole new field for her, and will require some additional hours of education enhance her new skills. Cyndi, we all miss you terribly, but nonetheless, we wish you complete happiness, satisfaction, and success in your new position. At least you won’t be taking your concern for your patients home with you any more! You deserve it! We love you!

Dr. Loren Weaver: Acupuncture and Chiropractic:
For some years now, HSVC has been visited monthly by our friend and highly respected veterinarian, Dr. Loren Weaver. Dr. Weaver travels statewide and specializes in chiropractic and acupuncture for all animals. If you have a pet you think might benefit from his care, please call our office (248-349-2598) for information on the date of his next visit and how to make an appointment. Dr. Weaver has done some excellent work for Dr. Geake’s horses, and she thinks he walks on water! Be forewarned, that he has quite a following and there will likely be a large number of people and pets present for his visit, but he doesn’t leave until he has seen and treated them all.
