Comprehensive Veterinary Care:

We offer a variety of small animal health care services in a friendly country atmosphere. Preventative care services include annual wellness visits, routine vaccination, puppy and kitten well visits and our Celebrate Seniors Program. A few of our veterinarians also care for exotic pets, such as ferrets, rabbits and reptiles.

Surgery:

Our doctors are trained in small animal soft tissue surgery. This includes, but is not limited to spay, neuter, surgical declaw, and other abdominal surgeries. Our surgery suite includes electronic surgical monitoring equipment to aid in your pet's safe surgical recovery.

Behavioral Consultations:

Dr. Kimberly Berrie is available for patients who may have housetraining, separation anxiety, or other behavior issues.

Special Services:

HSVC also offers a wide selection of other services. They include:

  • Radiology Services
  • Electrocardiography (ECG)
  • State of the Art in House Laboratory
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Dentistry Services
  • Abdominal Ultrasonography
  • Allergy Testing
  • Microchip Identification (Home Again)
  • Complete In House Pharmacy (most prescriptions can be filled in our clinic)

Acupuncture Services:

We are very fortunate to be able to offer our clients an array of treatment options, including a more holistic approach to therapy. Dr. Loren Weaver travels to our clinic every few weeks to provide acupuncture and chiropractic treatment for pets unresponsive to traditional medicine.

Adopt a Cat:

Inevitably, each spring, people call our office and ask us to take in a litter of kittens. As a service to our community, we have set aside two large enclosures for a limited number of adoptable kittens or cats. We provide total health care and often spay or neuter the pets before they are adopted. A reasonable fee is assessed to help cover our expenses for this program. One staff member is assigned to manage this program in addition to their other duties. Last year, we found happy homes for over 200 cats.
