Temporary Clinic Policy Changes

At Hidden Spring we have always taken pride in our exceptional client service and personalized care. In order to help protect the health and wellbeing of our employees, their families as well as yours, we have had to make changes in our patient care protocols.  We ask that you follow these new changes to keep everyone safe and healthy.

At your appointment please inform our staff of your pets health status and any concerns you may have, please allow them to take your pet to our building for care.  The rooms are not large and any extra people inside does not allow us to maintain a 6 foot radius.

All current appointments will be seen as scheduled unless you decide to cancel or move your appointment.

Rest assured that all public areas are being wiped down and sterilized frequently.  Everyone’s safety is our top priority as we continue to strive to provide the best possible care for your pets.
